Hi everyone! This week I will talk about a possible continuity of studies in my career in Public Administration...

The truth is that since I entered the University I have wanted to be able to do a master's degree at the end of my training process as a public administrator. The problem is that I am passionate about various subjects related to my career, which makes choosing a specific master a bit difficult.

Researching for this blog, I realized that the vast majority of master's degrees are based on the development of public policies or public management, and although they are relevant and interesting topics to know in depth, they do not totally attract my attention, because I feel that something else is missing...

It is within this search, where I found a master's degree from the North Catholic University, focused on Public Policy and Territorial Governance. This master's degree focuses on a multidisciplinary training to address the design, elaboration and implementation of public policies, generating diagnoses of the country's regional problems, and proposing solutions through the Governance approach and its interrelation with state and private actors and society civil.

This master's degree consists of four semesters, where some of the courses focus on matters of decentralization, territorial governance, economics, innovation and negotiation, in addition to those already mentioned above.

In my opinion, regardless of the master's degree you choose, I believe that it is essential that each person has the possibility of being able to carry out a continuity of studies and constantly continue training, to be competent and innovative professionals within our workplaces.     I love your title hahahaha, like you, I agree that there are different areas to specialize in public administration, therefore it is super difficult to choose between so many options, even so, I consider the master's degree that you mention very interesting, also that it is very pertinent to the current context in the country.     Hi Benjamín, how great and interesting to read about the master's degree you are interested in, its approach is very multidisciplinary and focuses on a very contingent topic about regional problems. Master's degrees, without a doubt, are a very good opportunity to continue studying and become a better professional.
